Tis the Season!
It's the most wonderful time of the year! The festive season is the time we can come together, celebrate our holiday traditions and giving heartfelt gifts. We've all had difficult holiday seasons due to the pandemic, and now we can finally celebrate together. And let's do so by creating new holiday memories and giving a gift that matters.
During the holidays, I love lighting my favorite Cookies and Spruce candles, and reliving my childhood memories. Rolling sugar cookies on the kitchen counter and watching them bake in the oven, while the house fills with warm, sugary smells. Helping my dad bring in the real Christmas tree with needles falling all over the floor, and the carpet smells like fresh pine for a month! And now I have new memories created when I light my holiday candles: my godson putting the star on top of our tree, my dog burying her face in the cold snow, and wrapping presents while my cat steals my ribbons.
A simple smell of a candle can bring back a wave of happy memories, emotions, and add happiness to new ones. When I chose my candle scents, I had a specific memory linked to each one.
